Be attentive to both tenants and landlords. Work in the interest of both parties, as both are customers not one-sided. Be mindful when stating law and procedure around lettings/ sales, especially if end customers have a high-knowledge in the same fieldAttached Filesnbsp;

Thank you for your comments. It is at Landlord discretion whether to use the management service offered by the Agent. In this case the Landlord has local maintenance people and this has worked successfully since we took the property on our books in 2005.
